Never heard of it? Well neither have I until a colleague sent me an email about it. (This law would only be interesting to anyone that designs interfaces for the computer screen) Designers Click On!
I wanted to post something about the anniversary of Sept. 11th. I always feel a sense of sadness on this day each year and I try and keep the events of that horrible day fresh in my mind, so I don't become complacent about what happened.
So today I wore to work an NYPD t-shirt to give thanks and appreciation to all the men and women that sacrificed their lives to help others on that dreadful day. I also wanted to remind fellow co-works and students of this day, by showing a remembrance DVD detailing the events of 9/11/01. Just in the hopes of seeing a few people stop to watch and remember that day and where they were and what they were feeling.
Jen and I had an insightful and interesting discussion on immigration last night, we both talked through the problems and still didn't come to a logical conclusion to solve the problem. It's one of those multifaceted problems that has been intertwined in the aspects of what America is all about.
One ideal that I have is that countries should take care of there own people and create better living and working conditions, then part of the problem would diminish.

Just for thought: "How hard is it to become a legal citizen of the United States of America"?
